Magicians

Devon Silverstone

A quite impressive magician, he can conjure up flowers from nowhere and make things disappear, including himself. Jem and the Holograms meet him at Magic Island during their rehearsal for their performance at the Music & Magic TV-special with the worlds greatest magicians. He's likes Jem, and is almost as self-confident and persistant as Riot. Although Jem rejects him, she's given a hard time by a female magician, Marla Martell, who is interested in him.

According to himself, others call him "the magnificant".

Marla Martell

A famous illusionist, Jem and the Holograms meet at Magic Island during their rehearsal for their performance at the Music & Magic TV-special with the worlds greatest magicians. Jem had actually heard of her before they met. But she isn't too impressed with Jem, since her love interest, Devon Silverstone, is interested in Jem. She even threatens Jem and conjures up a real snake.

Although her tricks are illusions of mystic spirits, created by a projector, controlled by a remote hidden in her medallion, one trick she does is to make a real raincloud appear, and also other weather-related tricks.

Professor Frick

An old fashioned magician who works with his assistant Frack. Jem and the Holograms meet him at Magic Island during their rehearsal for their performance at the Music & Magic TV-special with the worlds greatest magicians. He seems to take himself a little too seriously, and doesn't really enjoy sharing the stage with musical acts. His tricks involves conjuring up things in his hat, and being quick with his hands.

Apparently he ssn't scared of snakes.

Frack

The assistant of Frick, who isn't known to be knowledgable in the art of magic, and isn't trusted by Frick to be much more than an assistant. But he has learned a few tricks in his time with Frick, and dreams of becoming the worlds greatest magician.

Alfred White

A man in his 90's, who was once a friend of Harry Houdini, and passed along his knowledge to his next door neighbor Astral. From him, Astral developed an interest in magic and also met several others of his magician friends.

Harry Houdini (Ehrich Weiss)

The most famous real life magician and escapologist who ever lived. Performed from 1891 until his death on Halloween in 1926.

One of his most famous acts was the Chinese Water Torture Cell, another was the suspended straitjacket escape, two acts which Rapture attempted to combine in the episode "That Old Houdini Magic".
