Eric lives here in his Malibu home, until he sells it to buy Misfits Music from Harvey Gabor. He then gives half of Misfits Music to Riot, and Riot takes over Eric's office. Where Eric lives from then on is unknown.

This looks like the same house, as above, judging by the windows, although the door is different.

On the inside there's a fire place, a sofa, something that looks like a bar, a super large-screen TV, and a stereo among other things. Jerrica has only been to Eric's house once, she was actually invited by Eric, but only because he thought she was ready to give him control of Starlight Music.

The mandatory fireplace actually plays a part in this scene.
