The park that Aja and Craig jog through, was based on Echo Park in Los Angeles. When Christy first moved to Los Angeles, she lived on a hill with a view over the park which had lake in it and a fountain.

Christy originally had a scene for the end of the episode that involved a big scene with a cook out with mexican food including Raya and Craig.

Christy Marx was the one who choose Louise Dorsey for the role of Raya after hearing her audition which Christy had written the lines for. Christy picked her because she liked her British accent.

Craig didn't know his sister's nickname "Stormer".

Craig doesn't care about money.

Aja hoped very much that Craig would win the Talent Search.

Craig thinks Stormer is too good for the Misfits. But she thinks she'd be nothing without the Misfits.

Shana doesn't take part of the song "Beat This" by Jem and the Holograms.

The song "Show Me The Way" by Jem and the Holograms is re-used. Previously appeared in the episode "Starbright Part 2: Colliding Stars".

In this episode we get an example of Raya's wild temper, which comes out when needed, as mentioned in the Jem bible.
